Constant Hine, M.A., is a nationally recognized speaker, coach, adult educator, consultant, and author with over 40 years of experience in education, coaching, consulting, and leadership. Based in Denver, CO, Constant is the founder of Horizons In Learning LLC, which she established in 1988. Through this organization, she offers speaking, coaching, consulting services, and professional development programs focused on fostering personal and professional growth. Her work spans various fields including education, social services, mental health, healthcare, and small business.

Nicole Sager

Dr. Nicole Sager has three decades of experience as an educator, facilitator, trainer and teacher educator, both in the U.S. and overseas. Growing up in South America and Mexico as a young child and working in Japan and Brazil as an adult, Nicole speaks Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese. Living in, and adapting to, different cultures gave her an appreciation for multiple perspectives and diverse ways of being. Nicole’s PhD in Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity has led her to prepare future educators at the University of Colorado, Denver and Boulder where she teaches Culturally Linguistically Diverse Education and Early Childhood Education with a focus on dual language learners.
Her research experience includes early childhood, program evaluation, bilingualism, and culturally sustaining teaching practices. Her Master’s degree is in Teaching English as Second Language and Spanish. She earned a certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University, which deepened her understanding of Leadership and Organizational Development. She is a Research Associate at the BUENO Center for Multicultural Education and founder of Uka Consulting. Nicole has also had the privilege of working with Spanish-speaking family child care providers in the Denver Metro area for the past twenty years. She teaches Pre-Licensing in Spanish and English and is trained in Transformational Coaching, CLASS and Circle of Security Parenting.

He also manages the constanthine.com website, as well as coordinates many aspects of the live classes on Zoom, with a wide variety of videos, photos, graphics, music, and more, all of which help Constant’s classes be as dynamic, effective and as smoothly-running as possible.
As a graduate of Constant’s Transformational Coaching course, he now offers coaching for individuals and couples.
